Sacred Quote
Great Master Mahaguru Padmasambhava is deeply connected and venerated with all aspect of Mahayna and Vjrayana Buddhism. He has visited, meditated and taught Nalanda, Bihar; Tso-Pema (Riwalsar), Himachal; Zanskar (Dechen Dalwa), Ladhak; Odisha (some believe that he was originated from Odisha) and Sikkim before coming to Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. He has visited, meditated and taught Pharping, Kathmandu, Mustang, Nuwakot, Makawanpur, Kavreplanchok, Sindhupalchok, Khotang and Sankhuwasabha districts in Nepal and many places of Tibet and Bhutan.
Padmasambhava said:
Listen, beautiful one having the form of a goddess, Those sentient beings who have not met me, Then statues of me in the future, Will become the light, eliminating the darkness of ignorance. Whoever builds such statues of me, That becomes an object of offering. All their future lives will become meaningful, And they will establish the banner of the teachings. Whoever generates the wish of devotional respect, All their wishes will come true, like piles of jewels. There is no increasing or decreasing, unchangeable, filled with bliss. One who daily recites the heart mantra, Exactly all goodness will flow, How wonderful, Em Ah ! Orgen Lingpa’s Treasure from Samye Chimphu. In this time, due to my special compassionate enlightened activities, My compassion will be swifter than that of other Buddhas. Pray to me and act according to my instructions. If it is untrue, I have deceived the 25 main disciples. At first I am Amitaba infinite light; On Potala mountain Chenrejig; In Lake Danakosha, Padmasambhava; Distinctively, I appear as three kayas; In truth, there is no difference among them. In Dharmakaya, I am Samantabdra. In Akanishta, Vajradhara. In Bodhgaya, great Sakyamuni. All are nondual and spontaneously present within me. If you pray to me continuously. You can reverse the negative time of the ten years lifespan. Orgen Lingpa (1323 -1360) revealed this Samye Chimphu.
Methodology and Scope
Project Methodology
The project methodology is rooted in both spiritual intent and architectural planning. The proposal frames the construction of the Guru Rinpoche statue as an act that inspires devotion, meditation, purification, merit, and awakening, while the physical design emphasizes reverence, inclusive access, contemplative space, and integration with the natural surroundings. The monument is planned to face the mountains and village, strengthening the visual and symbolic relationship between sacred architecture and landscape.
Project Scope
In scope, the project goes beyond a single monument. It is designed to connect with a larger Buddhist and regional tourism circuit that includes Tekchhen Pema Chholing Monastery, peripheral monasteries, Halesi Cave, Dudhkunda Lake, Pattale Dada, Ratnage Dada, and Pike Danda. The proposal also positions the site as a practical community venue for celebrations, Buddhist festivals, seminars, training, teaching, and meditation, especially because there is no other hall and facility of similar scale in the area.

Evaluation Plan
The evaluation approach in the proposal is practical and mission-aligned. It focuses first on ensuring the proposal is approved and that funding is secured from institutions, communities, and individuals. It then emphasizes the need to hire an experienced and qualified technical team to deliver the statue and premises according to plan.

Long-term impact
Beyond construction, the evaluation framework also measures whether the project fulfills its deeper purpose: increasing participation in Buddhist teaching and meditation, continuously monitoring pilgrimage activity across the Buddhist circuit, and ensuring that teaching, training, and meditation contribute to calm, peace, and movement toward enlightenment. In this sense, the project is evaluated not only by what is built, but by the spiritual, cultural, and social life it enables.
This monument is being built entirely through the generosity of benefactors. Join us in creating a lasting legacy of merit.
